Flat property with an old house that the client intended to buy, remodel and sell. The inspection proved that most of the structure was structurally inadequate, and only 30% of the original structure was left standing. By doing so, the second floor wood walls were salvaged and converted to parquet floor. The owner wanted to utilize his roof material he produced. This material and the usage of marble floors, adequate insulation, and deep roof overhangs and cross ventilation allowed for a well ventilated house without mechanical cooling.
