Located at one of the main San Jose entrances, in front of the Sabana Park, a Spanish Development firm ask us to develop a master plan for an 800.000 sq.ft. mix use building in a 23 floor high rise and 4 basement floors with a 1050 car parking structure.

The building mass and design elements act as a beacon entry to San Jose.
